Helping you find
Connection. Food. Joy. Self-Care. Cooking. Authenticity.
Find the connections you need to feel grounded wherever you land.
More often than not during times of transition our inner compass sets to spinning, making it difficult to feel grounded where we land. Looking for the places of DISconnection within ourselves often allows us to create space for ways to connect, enabling us to feel grounded wherever we may land.

The Kitchen
Food connects people. It just does. Everyone I have ever met has a story about food. Some people talk of their travels, the markets and foods they fell in love with, while others speak with food nostalgia–the longing for the food of other people and places. Some people focus on how different foods affect their body and mind, and others connect over the how their foods are sourced. In all walks and stages of life, the desire for connection and nourishment brings people together.
The Connection Kitchen is a place for you to learn from and connect with women from around the world through our live cooking and baking classes. Whether you’re looking to enliven your meal planning repertoire, connect with other foodies, or bring life back into your kitchen, we have something for you!
